How can we help?

Can I cancel or modify my order after its been placed?
Once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or canceled. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

What do I do if I received the wrong product?
If you have received incorrect products, please keep the item(s) unused, in the original packaging, and reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept Interac E-Transfers (EMT) and select credit cards.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged for your order at the time of placement. Please ensure that your payment has been sent or your order may take longer to process.
What types of currency do you accept?
All prices listed are in CAD currency. We are unable to accept other types of currency at this time.
How long will shipping take?
As many of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, delivery times may vary. Common carrier deliveries typically range from 5 to 20 business days for delivery, depending on your proximity to the shipping location. If your delivery time is over a holiday, please add an additional day for delivery. All standard delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we are only able to offer shipping throughout Canada. We do not offer international shipping.
What if my order is damaged or missing items?
Upon receiving your order, please be sure to inspect it for any damaged, lost, or missing items. If any part of your order is missing or damaged, please keep the items and packaging and contact us within 5 business days of receipt so that we can work to find a solution for you. We may request pictures of the damage to help with this process.

Generic / Unbranded items
On our site, many of our products are listed as generic. In other words, we do not have a specific vendor name associated with the product. The product is sourced from a variety of vendors according to price and availability so we may both quickly and fairly accommodate your needs. We do our best in updating our site with any changes in the products and there may be instances where there is a slight variance in the look and feel of the product, however the intended application will remain the same.
Image Colour Policy
Though we make every effort to portray the colour of an item as accurately as possible on our site, depending on your monitor settings, the colour of an item may appear different than in person. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colour displayed on your monitor.
Do you offer samples?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any product samples.
Image Policy
We try to provide the most accurate images of our products as possible, however, some product images prove difficult or impossible to obtain. In these instances, we will use the closest representative image we can find for the product. These representative, illustrative images may show optional accessories or features, or may be an image of a similar product.
