Unique Restaurant Supplies typically uses the services of Canada Post for the delivery of your purchases. 

Delivery is FREE in Canada when your purchase is made online over $100. Some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions.

Transit Times:

  • All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer to reduce operating costs.
  • Allow one business day for processing your order if order is placed after 11:00 AM,  Eastern Time (ET)
  • Unique Restaurant Supplies does not support any inventory. It is not possible to pick up your order.
  • Most products are in stock ready to ship. Items not in stock ship within 7-15 business days after processing your order.
  • The stock availability and shipment region can increase the standard delivery time.

Free shipping does not apply to (delivery times cannot be guaranteed for these areas): (Shipping restrictions and conditions. Shipping’s on us for purchases over $100.)

  • Yukon, 
  • Northwest Territories
  • Nunavut
  • Newfoundland and Labrador

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify the buyer for the correct address, and the buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges to ship the item a second time.

If a package is returned to us because the buyer has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, the buyer is responsible for additional return & shipping charges to ship the item a second time.

 

Shipping outside of Canada

We do not accept U.S. orders at this time.
